Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a B2B wholesale supplier, all raw material orders are processed and shipped according to the specific terms negotiated in our proforma invoice (PI).

Production Lead Time: Typically 7–14 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the volume of the multi-tier PHA resins.

Shipping Methods: We support EXW (Ex Works), FOB, CIF, and CFR based on client preferences. Shipment can be arranged via ocean freight, air cargo, or international express (DHL/FedEx) for sample quantities.

Tracking & Documents: Full shipping documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) / Certificates of Analysis (COA) will be provided electronically upon dispatch.
