Thank you for choosing our bio-based polymer products. Please note that our return and refund terms are strictly tailored for industrial B2B transactions:

• Sample Evaluation: We highly recommend requesting and evaluating product samples before placing wholesale volume orders to ensure compatibility with your processing machinery.

• Quality Issues: Returns or claims are only accepted if the product does not match the specifications stipulated in the technical data sheet (TDS) or contract. Any discrepancy must be reported within 15 days of receiving the cargo, accompanied by authoritative lab test reports.

• Custom Orders: Custom resin formulations or tailored packaging arrangements are final and non-refundable.
